PT. Dilmoni Citra Mebel Indonesia is a manufacturer and exporter of quality handmade, woven lifestyle furniture for the home and outdoor. The majority of our product designs are seating. Our buyers are mainly medium to high end, retailers/importers/wholesalers. Our market is mainly international. we export to the following countries i.e USA, Japan, Australia, Europe, South America and Africa.
We producing frames made from aluminium, rattan, stainless steel, steel and combined with loom, leather, peel, and wicker.
Natural Fiber and 100% outdoor environmentally rattan material.

Production
We offer our production facility, management, technical skills and knowledge of the industry, and our commitment to present a high-quality standards with reasonable pricing. Our total production capacity 30 x 40 ft container per month, framing 9000 pcs per month and weaving 7500 pcs per month and our capability to produce rattan, metals, and simple wooden frame also capability to produce weaving from natural rattan, synthetic rattan, loom and leather materials.
Rattan frames = 100% In-House. In addition, a few subcontractors are available but seldom utilized. With the new facility, if outsourcing is necessary, Dilmoni will first maximize usage of space available inside Dilmoni and have the subcontractors work in-house so that we can control the quality and quantity output.
Weaving (plastic or rattan) = currently 100% outsourced / sub-contracted to a handful of reliable suppliers. Previous to current conditions, 70% in-house + 30% outsourced.
Loom attachment = 100% In-House. No plans to outsource.
Wood frames = currently 100% outsourced / sub-contracted to a handful of reliable suppliers. Previous to current conditions, 50% in-house + 50% outsourced.
Metalwork = we’ve built our own facility that separated from our location with capacity of 200pcs metal frame weekly, with a few sub-contractors being utilized when necessary.
Wet Spray FInishing = 100% In-House. Finishing facility houses 2 double sided waterfall spray booths = 8 spray guns, plus a standard single sided spray booth = 2 spray guns withh electrostatic system and convayer line. We expect to have a minimum daily output of 400pcs of chairs. And not very far away from us, we have available our own powder-coating facility, for customers needing exterior PU finish on their metalwork.
Dilmoni Design
At present, Dilmoni produces mainly seating furniture ranging from dining, casual, occasional to sofas. Tables, we have a small collection of side tables, coffee tables and dining tables. We apply woven, glass, plywood orveneer tops, but very few solid tops. We do not produce solid wood top dining tables for fear of producing poor quality due to our lack of experience and facility. We do not have a new collection of basket-ware accessories. We produce them on a need to basis according to buyers. In time, we hope to produce a collection ofwoven accessories that befits Dilmoni’s and its buyer concept.
Designed especially to us by nationally renowned award winning product designers, our designer collection is a reflection of the company’s endeavor to produce products that signifies quality. The designs combine the use of rattan, stainless steel and wood to produce a very unique, distinctive and clever collection contemporary furniture that one day will be recognized all over the world.

It is 2 weeks per sample after price and/or design approval. While based on sample approval, it is 12-16 weeks for production after deposit confirmation.

It is loose packing (corrugated paper) and carton box (200 and 275lbs). Type used is either one as per customer’s request or price approval.
